I ran another half marathon! Who knew I could even run a mile? I sure didn't. But thanks to me great friend Christa my desire to run has been over taken by my desire to talk. If I have to run to talk non stop to my friend then fine I will do it. This was the provo half marathon. It was a great trail but not very organized. Adam met me at mile 11 with the kids and help me the last 2 miles. We ran about a 2 hour 8 minute which was faster than last time on what we thought was a harder course. And peeing in the woods took off at least a minute instead of waiting for the porta john!
