I was upstairs changing the laundry and when I came down Collin said "Hey Mom I just cut my hair so it wouldn't get too long!" I said you what!? He said "I was playing hair cut." I could not stop laughing. He had cut his hair all the way to the scalp with rounded tip kid scissors. I just told my friend at work last week that I just don't think my son would do that. (I thought he learned his lesson when he cut his bike helmet right off his head, guess not!) The only saving it was a buzz. With his hair so white I kept telling him now you have no hair and you look so silly. But when he woke up the next morning and saw his new haircut he said "Mom I really like my hair like this, it looks so good, I should go show my friends." I reminded him that next time hie wants that hair cut he can just ask. I am still so so grateful it wasn't a pig tail!
